Volunteer with TCI in UKRAINE

Even in the midst of war, God is at work in Ukraine.
TCI (Tavriski Christian Institute) continues its mission of training and equipping Christian leaders who serve across Ukraine and Central Asia.
Now based in Kyiv, TCI is rebuilding after losing its original campus in Kherson. As our community grows, we are opening doors for volunteers from partner churches and organizations to come, serve, and make a lasting impact.
Your hands can help rebuild what war has torn apart. Your presence can strengthen those who are carrying hope forward.
Two Ways to Serve

Two Ways to Serve

1. Construction & Landscaping Team — Building a Prayer Garden

Help us transform a section of the TCI campus into a Prayer and Reflection Garden — a peaceful space for students and guests to pray, study Scripture, and find rest in God’s presence.
  • Landscaping, paving, and planting trees and flowers
  • Setting up benches, pathways, and a small prayer pavilion
  • Light construction, painting, and decoration projects
No special skills are required — just a willing heart and readiness to serve. Your work will create a lasting space of peace and prayer for hundreds of future students and guests.

2. Library Cataloging & Organization Team — For Librarians and Book Lovers

For Librarians and Book Lovers

TCI’s library in Kyiv is being restored after total loss during the occupation of Kherson. Thanks to generous partners, we’ve received over 20,000 new theological books — but many still need to be cataloged and entered into our digital system.

Volunteers with library, organizational, or computer skills can help by:

  • Cataloging books in English and Ukrainian
  • Organizing shelves and collections
  • Assisting with basic data entry and labeling
  • Helping students and faculty access needed resources

Your service will help build a theological library that supports the training of pastors, teachers, and missionaries for years to come.

TCI is a great opportunity to:

  • Serve. Learn. Grow.

Why Volunteer with TCI?

  • Make a tangible difference — rebuild and equip a ministry that serves the Church under fire.
  • Experience Ukraine’s resilience — meet students and pastors who continue to serve amid hardship.
  • Grow spiritually — take part in daily devotions, community worship, and prayer times with the TCI family.
  • Build lifelong relationships — serve alongside Ukrainians and other international volunteers.

Whether you come as an individual or with a team, your time at TCI will leave a mark — not only on the campus, but on your own heart.
